Using this site

Agent Playbooks is a free directory of bots for Hermes Agent. You may browse the site, read the pages and download the bots for your own personal or business use. Please do not try to break, overload or misuse the site, and do not copy the site itself to pass it off as your own.

Free downloads are provided as-is

Every bot is free to download once it’s ready. Bots are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that a bot is fit for a particular purpose, accurate, secure or free of errors. A bot can make mistakes. Check its work before you rely on it, and keep backups of anything that matters.

Each bot runs inside your own copy of Hermes Agent, on the AI connection you choose. We do not run the bots for you and we cannot see what they do.

Your accounts and connections

Some bots can work with other services you use, such as Gmail, Slack, Notion, a calendar or a task tracker. You decide whether to connect any of them. When you do, you connect them yourself, with your own sign-in, and you are responsible for that connection: which accounts you link, what access you grant, what the bot is allowed to do there, and following those services’ own terms. Bots on this site are set up to draft rather than send, and to ask before acting, but you remain responsible for what is sent or changed from your accounts. You can disconnect a service at any time in Hermes or in that service’s settings.

Sponsored content

Sponsors help keep the site and the bots free. Here is how sponsorship works:

• Always labeled. Every sponsored spot carries a visible Sponsored label next to it, on every screen size, so you can tell it apart from our own content.
• Sponsor links are marked. Links in sponsored spots carry rel="sponsored", the marking search engines ask for on paid links.
• No paid reviews or rankings. Sponsorship does not buy a review, a recommendation, a featured spot, a higher place in any list or a change to what a bot page says. Which bots we feature and how we order them is our own choice.
• No endorsement. A sponsored spot is an ad from the sponsor. It is not a review, recommendation or endorsement by Agent Playbooks, and we are not responsible for the sponsor’s products, sites or claims.
• Our right to refuse or remove. We may decline any sponsor, and remove or pause any sponsored spot at any time, for example if it is misleading, unsafe, unlawful or a poor fit for our readers.
• Sponsorship pricing, payment and refund terms are agreed in writing with each sponsor before a spot runs.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, including Hermes Agent, our newsletter service and sponsors. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Agent Playbooks and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or the bots, including lost data, lost profits or messages sent from your accounts. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
